Cleanse – Start with clean, dry skin. Gently wash your face or body with a mild cleanser.
Apply – Using a brush or fingers, spread a thin, even layer of Dead Sea Mud onto the desired area (face, back, or body). Avoid the eye area.
Relax – Leave on for 5-10 minutes (or until dry). For deep detox, extend to 15 minutes (if skin tolerates).
Rinse – Gently remove with lukewarm water using circular motions to exfoliate lightly.
